23 Aug 17 Comment I think I agree with Shirley that the bottom could be crppped. It is well done, and you haven't fallen into the trap of having too dark a sky. Perhaps some of the bright spots could be toned down. Aug 30th
23 Aug 17 Comment Interesting concept - well done. My only thought is that in projected image competitions pictures in portrait format often do less well than those in landscape format - and a square format might be more effective. Aug 30th

Whilst I could play around cloning to get rid of the tarpaulin and screen for PID and PPD, obviously I can't for Photo Travel.		 Aug 21st
23 Aug 17 Reply Both images fulfil different criteria. I deliberately wanted to create an artistic image with this month's submission. Perhaps I needed to increase the filter so that there was no doubt that it was altered. The original image with a little cropping is more suited to a Photo Travel image. Aug 13th
23 Aug 17 Reply There is work going on at that end of the cathedral. Whilst that work is covered by a huge sheet, there is also a TV Screen with adverts. My wife has taken a picture of the cathedral and TV screen and entitled it "God and Mammon"!
