Hi Paul. Welcome to our Group 20.
Sorry I'm so late in commenting. I started days ago then got distracted by things happening here in Texas and forgot to get back to it.
I have to confess that I can't see much difference between your original and your final image. That's probably because my aging eyes (87) are OK with obvious changes but don't do too well with more subtle alterations. But I agree with your concern about climate change. |

Thank you so much, Marie. That's very kind of you. I no longer go on field trips or workshops so I'm just using some of my old images that needed improvement. (I've got lots of those!). And as you remarked, it's very relaxing. |

If you enlarge the image around the feet you will see that there is some shadow underneath them but obviously I should have made it a bit wider and more pronounced. |

Once again your favourite Poster Edges Filter livens up your image! I really like that filter - it is so good at adding interest to a photo. It certainly made the coins stand out - almost looked like 3D on them.
Leave the coins as they are. |

In original #1 (Shirley's) the idea works well and the chameleon is nicely silhouetted against a cloudless sunset. However, in your final image the sky is full of very dark clouds that almost completely block out the chameleon. That's too bad because he has such an interesting shape and would have looked super in silhouette. I'd be interested to see him with a moonlit sky next month! |

With your expertise you went from a difficult and dark exposure having no definition at all on the mount to a delicate, light, bright and airy finish. Well done. |

Your original looked good but the final image is a big improvement. You didn't say which Topaz filter you used but I can see it's a texture of some kind and it works very well here - it really gave your final image great impact. |

Super transformation! You had an interesting image to start with and it worked very well in the Reactor filter. Your whole technique resulted in a very eerie final image. If it were mine, the only thing I might change would be to make the bulldog a bit larger and maybe even change his colour somewhat. I tried looking at it with and without the dog but couldn't make up my mind either way. |
