Thank you Peggy and everybody for your comments. Overall I am not happy with my image. Both Peggy and Maria made improvements to my original.
But I am not giving up. I am working on my August entry again using the Monet filter. |

A very powerful image with the red background and the black shadows I like the colorful mannequins and would not make them darker. We are not looking for realism here.
Which Photoshop are you using and what is the standard shadows technique? |

Maria I love the building. Was it a French outhouse in the woods? I would leave the butterflies but remove the frog.
The front trees should be a little stronger and the back trees
somewhat out of focus to indicate the snow fall. |

Hi Kirsti. I like what you have done with the main figure by making her more ghostly. However I liked her original placement that created a pleasant triangle with the two figures and the trees. The forward placement creates a large empty space in the right side of the image. I also think there is too much sky.
I love the concept. |

Maria, you did a better job in applying the Monet filter than I
did. |

Thank for your comments. I did use Monet filter on a photo
of his water lilies pool It came out pretty good but I did not include Originals 2 and 3. Therefore the lady and the dog.
We do have the rules. |
