Is that Bruce Willis I see on top of the Nakatome Towers building?
This is a very strong composition, Herb. The tower dominates the scene but is an integral part of it. Great job on the exposure. You know, I'm not sure you should correct all of that perspective. Right now the dominant tower looks like it is staining to leap out of the picture. If you correct all of that top heavy look, you may lose some of the tension. Try leaving just enough to suggest it... |

Oh Caroll!!! You win this month. treat your self to a cold beer. What an absolutely gorgeous picture. The herd coming out of the obscuring dust is classical! The rider's body language and the way you can just about hear the crack of the whip. This is a terrific shot; frame it and hang it on the wall. It is good enough to have some commercial value. Do you list your Pictures with a gallery or an agent? |

this is a great human interest shot, Norm. As usual, Herb's comment is right on the mark. Less is better, if it ain't tight, it ain't right, fill the frame, and all that stuff. I like the colors a great deal and would fiddle with the crop a little bit to regain the interesting combination.
I just got a ZS-70 and will be working with it soon. My wife has used the ZS-40 and likes it quite a lot. Imagine all that camera in a shirt pocket... great for travel as your picture shows. |

I tend to agree with you, Stan. The little guy hitching a ride steals the show. Excellent depth of field for this shot. Clipping the adult's wing is too bad; do you have more uncropped on the left side in the 'negative?' |

You had me when I saw it was B&W. You really do those well.
OK, a little more detail in the waves in the center of the picture. It is a strong shot, good tonality and excelelnt texture. hang it on the wall but maybe after you do about a 30% vignette on it. If you can still see the vignette at 30% back it off until it is not obvious.
