I believe I did correct perspecive in Lighroom with the "automaic", place two or three lines on the image basically saying make this vericle or horizontal. I have noticed that it doesn't always look right to me even after doing that. I also consider perspecive distortion to be exactly as we see with our eyes, so doing, or not doing it is basically an accetable decision either way. It is more of an artistic thing, does it look better to me. So suggesting doing it is a reasonable thing, but I consider it a mattre of taste. |

You did well to pre-visualize this image when you had that heart shaped tree avaiable to frame a rising full moon. I like the slightly off center left to right and the positioning of the tree in the lower half of the image. It also works well with a crop from the top as an alernative. I am not a fan of blue tones, but it seems to work well with this image. |

You have created a well composed image of a very unique wall. Taken straight on as many would do would be a much weaker compostiion. You might consider a very minor crop from the bottom going up to get rid of most of the light wood object on the left, but none of the vine. If this place is where you can get back when it leafs out, I think that might also be an interesting image, but probably left in color to have the green leaves provide color contrast to the building and wood |

I reeally like that curve in the sand lading to your center of interest, the beach structure which was well placed for you. The well captured detail in the wooded moutain acrosss the water is very nice. I would suggest you might try bringing up the detail andn conotast in the sand. It appears to be newly groomed with the patters of the grooming matching the curve of the sand. Makig that more obvious might make the imnage even stronget. |

I have experiendced the excitment and concern of being in this traffic at the start of a yacht race. Everyone trying to get that favored posiionn at the gun on starboard tack with clear air without fouling anyone. Thanks for the nostalgic rip. I have never sailed with such a nice background and this crowded a start however. Very nicely documentd with quality. |

I am not a fan of dark vignettes, but this image is just made for exactly what you did. You duplicated the shape and symetry of the bright middle with the vignette and the amount of detail left in the surrounding darker areas seems just right to me. Well done! |
