19 Sep 24 Comment Nice shot. Colors are great. You picked a good flower or the monarch did, the background is good, the butterfly is nice and sharp. I like the horizontal image and I don't think it is unnatural to have the flower horizontal in nature. Flowers often sag. Sep 12th
19 Sep 24 Reply Perhaps, images like this are really not of a lot of value in competitions unless it is Nature Division and then most things are restricted that would help. I did use this for a drawing as a 12 x 16 print on a 16 x 20 matted mount at our annual lake association picnic and I understand a lot of the people buying tickets were interested in this print. They are obviously not as observant of some of these things as we are. I might try something like you suggest if I want to print this again. Sep 12th
