I think he is really sleeping, but I did not do anything to try to know for sure. We have found in our travels that American clothing with logos are pretty common wherever we go. I am not sure how they all get there, but I think a lot of used clothing goes out of the country and some tourists take things with them to give to children. |

I might be a loner on this, but I like the roles of hay or whatever in the foreground as a foreground object. I think I would just enjoy the image as perhaps not a reality (documentation) image. I like the unique colors and lighting. The halos on the cows would be aproblem in a "reality" image, but perhaps not in this one. |

You perhaps removed the detail in the surroundings of the coyote to get rid of noise, but if this is not a nature image, the result was a rather high key very attractive image. |

An interesting image with good composition and color. I suspected it might be a cellphone picture or something without a lot of resolution. There is something about the image that doesn't feel quite right to me. Perhaps it is the SnapSeed processing |

A very compelling image. Unique with an interesting repetition of the statues supporting the boat. The angle you picked to take the shot was very supportive for enjoying the repetition. I think this image is very good just as it is. |

Very nicely done. You were prepared with a reasonably high shutter speed to catch the action when it occurred. With your processing, the exposure looks perfect. I like that the splash behind the bird it crisp and you provide plenty of space for the bird to fly into. Background is good and so are the reflections. Well done. |

There are a couple of penguins on the rock in the foreground that might be considered by some to be a center of interest, but I think this is one of those rare images that the entire pattern becomes the center of interest. I like it the way it is, but I think it might be improved by cropping down from the top to eliminate the area in the upper middle that lacks the pattern. |

The parasol results in the kind of light that we normally try to avoid, but the light patterns become part of the reason you took the image in the first place. Well done. |

No liquefy used. Actually not anything very unusual. Just Lightroom and Nik Silver Efex. |

This is well done the way it is. The crop makes it a totally different feel. I first thought the original was a different image. You have turned the ordinary into an image with a lot of interest.
Congratulations on an excellent show at PhotographyWest, and done with cellphone pictures. A new age is upon us. |

The contrast is rather extreme, but on this image I like it. No suggestions, well done. |

Sorry I have not been on the site much this month. A lot going on at the Bormann house. Frankly, I like the version you posted in your response to Stuart Ord. The original just doesn't seem to have a lot of interest. Your comment about not wanting to burn the bride supports is probably valid. Some things just doesn't have detail. One thing when you burn them in mono they just turn another shade of grey. In color they become a rather colorless blah grey. |

You got it, there are a lot of these around. This one is easy to get to in Las Vegas. |

What an incredible opportunity and you captured it well. The rhinos and foreground are sharp and the background is soft which worked very well. It appears you may of put some vignette on it, but subtle enough that it is very pleasant. This might be an issue with some judges in Nature however. Well done. I suspect you had time to take a number of these. Probably several of them are about equally high quality images. |
