Great detail and placement of the in-focus subject. I love that the background lets us see some of the rest of the tree and is not just a blur.

They are one of my favorite subjects, and they do check you out by coming close. They buzz the window of a friend of mine when they need new food!
I just got back from Arizona, where I shot the hummingbird migration there...it was amazing. |

Great shot, perfect focus and then everything goes into a soft blur. Whites are hard to work with sometimes; you handled it so well. |
