A familiar design in many cemeteries. It is difficult to gauge the size of it but I'm guessing 6-8 feet. The B&W treatment helps to focus on the grave marker itself, rather than the surroundings. |

Obviously, the grave of a rich, large and important family to have such a statue and many headstones around it. The bronze of the statue is clear against the blue sky. |

An interesting and unique set of headstones. I like the contrast of the red of the writing and the small discs, with the grey of the stones. |

The juxtaposition of the red brickwork and the headstone really helps make the headstone stand out. The yellow algae shows how old the headstone is. Thanks for sharing the original image and producing a more detailed image. |

A very personal image Tim. The COVID years meant that lots of 'normal' things could not be done how people would have wanted them. As Barbara said, the sepia works very well here. Hopefully, you'll be able to go and take some more photos in due course. |
