Yes Tim, landscapes don't need to be shot in landscape format. :) |

I love the 'feel' of what is in the bottom part of the image. Maybe a little brightening would bring out a bit more but I don't know whether that would ruin the overall feel though.
I would suggest cropping off some of the sky that does not do much for the image. |

This makes me wonder if I prefer the 'real' sky of the reflected sky. I think that I prefer the reflection in this case. |

This takes me back to get up very early one morning to get to the viewing platform when we went there. However, I found that I got my most satisfying sunrises by turning my back to the sun and capturing the light as it fell on the rocks behind us.
I like the receding colours as the bottom and the great colours in the sky. |

Almost monochromatic. I love the bottom part of the image with the boats in the bay.
I would suggest cropping some of the sky to make it more of a panorama. |

Sun was caught at just the right time, so that you just see the sun 'bleed' into the horizon. Good lighting.
I would suggest, as Chen said, that you crop the bottom quarter to remove the extra sand that doesn't really do much for the image. |
