Ian, many thanks for your kind words.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the positive reaction to this image. |

Actually the guidelines state that 1200-1400 pixels on the long side is OK. The max size of 1mb is what matters.
1024x768 is possibly a better resolution to fit into 1mb. |

Peter, thanks.
I am often attracted to gestural trees. |

Ella, keep these offbeat ideas coming!
Your creativity seems to have no bounds.
That strange figure does seem to be flying.
Well done! |

Paul, an interesting take on the iconic bridge.
There is an interesting contrast in styles between the bridge and the more modern buildings. |

Ed, well seen, most people would not see the potential here.
I agree with Ella that a touch more contrast would improve the image. |

Michael, a special location well seen and photographed.
Remove those halos and you have a very good image.

Ian, what an amazing image!
The model is something special but you really do have a special ability to make the most of these situations. |

Peter, yet another beautiful landscape.
Obviously being in the right place at the right time does help
but one does need to realise that at the time. However it is your simply excellent processing which is the real secret.
An object lesson to us all, especially to me! |

Michael, thank you.
Your comment is interesting because I do feel that some images do suffer as a result of the small files we use here. |
