Ed, water flowing over rocks is something I cannot resist.
Many of my exhibition acceptances arise from such subjects.
30 seconds? that is far too long in my humble opinion.
I try to have my exposure at around 1/2 second for such images.
Having said that, I like the effect of the water as it actually falls over the rocks and the water above that.
The water below that point lets the image down due to the shutter speed. |

Michael, a magical sky and an interesting landscape below it.
I actually find that building very interesting and I reckon there are pictures to be made from it.
I also quite like the contrast between the building and the rest of the image. |

Ian, once again you have given us an interesting portrait to enjoy.
Yes the background is a bit light.
Yes the microphone is too close to her mouth.
For me neither of these matter much at all.
It is simply an excellent portrait! |

Peter, as usual you have produced an impressive landscape image.
Many people travel to Iceland but not too many actually produce interesting images!
You are one of the exceptions. |

Peter, thank you.
I did take a while to choose my framing and I made at least one other image. |

Ian, it is interesting that these shapes are at the back of the Sage. |

Thank you for that; the exposure is down to Sony whose little camera produces superb jpegs! |

Ella, once again you have given us a super still life to enjoy.
This is a genre I have not really tried and, seeing your images, it is certainly something I should have a go at. |
