The resulting image, in both renditions, is unusual and interesting.

31 May 21 Comment Paul, an excellent rendition of a waterfall.
Waterfalls are a good subject for mono but are not always shown as well as you have done here.
The highlight mentioned by Peter is a bit of a distraction but is easily sorted out.		 May 17th

I like the sky in particular which is effective but does not draw attention away from the church.

I am aware that these petroglyphs are often quote faint and do not stand out too well.
You have managed to get around that little problem very well indeed.
This is an excellent rendition of an interesting subject.		 May 17th

Often a road splitting the image in two could be seen as detrimental but, in this case, that actually helps the image.
Perhaps that is due to the road bending and heading towards the right hand structure.
Composition, sky and processing are all top notch. 		May 17th
