Rashid, "In my book" is a figure of speech.
Meaning more or less "from my point of view". |

That did cross my mind but as I was on a coach holiday I could not predict the timings or even which day it would be! |

Another superb portrait which really shows the character of the subject.
The cord does not bother me, but Peter is probably correct in his suggestions. |

Composition just right; super sky complimenting the mountains. Very well done. |

This is one of those image which is nearly there.
I would consider tighter around the right foreground rocks and also playing about with contrast. |

An interesting and original image.
For me, all it needs is more contrast. |

Yet another superb landscape.
Obviously a wonderful location, but I feel your choice of viewpoint shows it at it's best.
Perhaps something between the original and the revised image could be the ultimate? |

An absolutely superb portrait. this reminds me very much of those wonderful old black and white films.
I agree with peter and Ella; actually it must be one of the best portraits that any group member has posted. |

I agree. For exhibitions and competitions I would work on the sky. |

Peter, I certainly agree that capture in mono reduces the choices in processing. Normally I do not do this. For some reason the Fuji that was taken along as a backup was deliberately assigned to mono-only capture. |
