Hi Paul, I had to laugh at the coincidence - the week after doing that picture I had laser treatment to my eye because a film had spread over it and for several months it was like looking at the world through a fog. The holes pierced through that film by the laser allowed me to suddenly see the world clearly once again, and with sharp edges! It was quite miraculous and a terrific thrill. I can see again! I was about to withdraw from the group but now I can see again.... |

Hi Beverly. Interesting to hear your comment - I too tried cutting the image and felt it lost that feeling of space going out to sea. The mark on the frame came as a result of Bevel and Emboss, but everyone is quite right and I should have paused to eliminate it. |

This would make a colourful dress if printed on material. Or bright curtains! So many possibilities. Agree however the white splodge spoils the lines. Looks more like an amoeba swimming across the landscape! Well the cheerful patterns stimulates the imagination doesn't it? |

I love this and think you made a wonderful job of the distort. I too see two faces and they vary according to my own mood at the time of viewing! For this reason I keep coming back to it. Great! |

The girl is lovely though I would lighten her a bit and this would also show her arm up in the air. |

An interesting idea, nearly caught, - as you say a little more work like Alan's idea to blur the front rocks. The right hand side is what worries me as there is no obvious stop between the water and land. Play a little more with it, the idea is worth it. |

A fascinating image full of intriguing ideas to keep us looking and wondering at the possible stories behind them. The addition of your sweet little granddaughter is particularly important to the over all balance. I feel however the background is a missed opportunity. |

A lovely story you tell here and must have taken a lot of work to put together. Well done! If you want to catch another nice castle come to Wales - we have hundreds of them! My one crit is that the horse blends a bit against the castle - some contrast would help him stand out. Oh and didn't Godiva have long hair covering her as she rode? But that would spoil all the fun! |
