20 Oct 17 Comment I picked up a new book to read yesterday and believe it or not, it started off on this beach! Oct 17th
20 Oct 17 Comment A very interesting effect you have got here with your various filters. However I find the white retaining wall distracting.
The title says "House" and then "beach" so I am not sure which is the subject, because the picture itself also emphasises both. Personally I think the house is the first thing one looks at, and that is fine, for all in all it is a lovely picture of a lovely place to live.

20 Oct 17 Comment A sad picture as it conveys to me imprisonment rather than escape. Perhaps it should have had a hole in the wire where someone had got out? The filter certainly adds a dramatic effect. Oct 8th
20 Oct 17 Comment A fabulous picture! Must have taken a lot of patience to compose but justified for such a unique occasion. The stars just add the finishing touch. A winner! Oct 8th
20 Oct 17 Comment Superb! What more can one say? Perfect in every way! Oct 8th

24 Oct 17 Comment Betty from 20 - Like to take a look at yours. An interesting idea Marie. Try duplicating the barn, maybe twice, and giving each a strong motion blur. Then superimpose them (one on top and one underneath) at a very reduced opacity. It worked on one of mine. Good luck. Oct 17th

54 Oct 17 Comment Lovely to have caught such a moment - so dramatic and yet so beautiful. Took me a while to figure out if that was his beak or his feet but once I sorted it out was amazed. What a catch! The blue curve however goes contrary to his flight which I find jarring. Otherwise lovely colours. A bit more maths in the background would not have been out of place....! Oct 17th
54 Oct 17 Comment agree about the background and all the other comments so tried it in another way

54 Oct 17 Comment What a delightful face and a super portrait with his saddle bag in exactly the right place. Love the texturing you have added and yes, the rope does take the eye back onto his face. Lovely all round! Top of the class! Oct 8th
54 Oct 17 Comment An interesting story. Agree with Peggy the stairs should get closer at the top. I think the "fog" tends to take the vitality out of your picture and makes it flat which is a pity as it is a great idea. Oct 8th
54 Oct 17 Comment This is the stuff of nightmares! Somewhat controversial, great fun, and very clever, but afraid it is not really my cup of tea. You have done it very well though. It obviously took a lot of effort even if it was inspired by the exhibition. Oct 8th
