Thanks, Lynne. Your suggestion of having something mounted on the wall would add to the image. The mounted items could add dimension and interest to the flat wall.

Thank you. I hadn't thought about adding a LUT or texture, but it would be something to consider.

Thanks, Sol. I agree that the switch does add scale and context to the image. I tried the no sky crop, but I preferred the contrast between the brown wall and the blue sky. If I had converted the image to BW, it would have worked better that way.

Thanks, Jerry. Now I get it. I think there are some accessory lenses for iPhones that might include a telephoto, but I haven't even looked into them. Maybe I will!

Thank you. I thought the patterns were interesting when I saw them, but I wasn't sure how they would translate into an image. I agree that the crop to form the triangles helped.

Thanks, Jerry. I think the photo is a bit different than my usual submissions, but an occasional change can be good.
Just a side-note: I think auto-correct must have inserted the word "table" in the first line of my description, and changed iPhone 14 to "iPhone 15". Not a big deal, but just something odd.

It can be difficult to photograph fish since they tend to move constantly. You managed to get an action shot showing the interaction of several of them. Nice shot. I agree with Dick that the foreground does add scale and context to the image. This is a case where video would be good, too, since the viewer could see the motion and hear the splashing.

What a wonderful place to sit and enjoy nature with a good book. I can imagine that it is beautiful in the fall, too. Nice peaceful photograph. I think it might be improved if it included you sitting there.

Maybe you've discovered a new technique! The isolation of the blossoms is great. No halo; no fuzzy edges. I must admit that I don't remember Jerry's instructions on the "lightning bolt" method, so I'll have to try it. It should work anytime one wanted to isolate a subject.
Were you planning to add a different background when you initially used the lightning bolt method?

What a cutie. Makes one want give her some pets. Her slightly frowning expression might suggest she's wondering, "Why are you holding that thing in front of me?"
I like the technique. I haven't tried "studio light" so I'll have to try it - if I have it! I just got my iPhone 14 and I haven't spent much time looking into the features. Nice shot. Nice dog.

Pardon me for being a little thick, but I don't understand how two 'phones were used. Would you mind explaining a bit more about the technique?
I like the image. The colors are nice and the detail is good. The tight crop works well, too. Interesting study.
