Thank you for your kind words. I had been thinking about printing a few of them for display, so that comment is timely. |

Thank you, Jerry, for your comments. I added a layer from Distressed FX that is primarily color, but I suppose that qualifies as a texture, so yes to that question.
So sorry to learn about your injury. I hope your recovery continues. Best wishes for a full and speedy recovery. |

Thank you for your comments. In regard to modifying the orange areas, I'm not sure of an effective method other than to use Photoshop. For example, I tried Snapseed's double exposure to mask out selected orange areas, but that wasn't very successful. I suppose one must just consider the image to be surreal, and not intended to be especially realistic. |

I'd be the first to say that cropping a shot square isn't always a good solution. Sometimes a image won't look right unless it has some other shape. This shot works out fine as a rectangle.
I like both color versions. Both have bright colors that draw my eye and invite me to study the elements in the photo. If I had to choose, I think I'd pick the one you originally submitted. I like the colors in the lower half of this one, but the dark red in the sky is a bit distracting. |

The owner/user of the van probably knows where everything is, but it looks like a mess to the casual observer like me. Lots to look at and it's fun to visually search through the items stored there. Nice serendipitous capture. As Phill suggested, this could be the start of a series for you! |

I like shots like this. Lots of details to look through, and lots of colors, too. I'm sure you got many good shots of the bus. Red is always a good subject, so including a red area was a good choice. May I suggest opening the image in Snapseed, selecting the "Tune image" tool, and significantly reducing the highlights? I think that will bring out detail in that bright silver area at the top, and reduce its somewhat distracting bright spot. |

Goldfinches are such beautiful creatures. One neighbor puts out specific feeders for them, and it's fun to see them flying around. They don't stay put for very long, so you did well to get this shot. Good colors in the bird and the black eyed susans. |

The bright sky creates silhouettes of the ship and the lighthouse. I like the dramatic colors. Having written that, did you try a black and white version? I might suggest that Snapseed structure would produce another interesting version. Nice capture. |

Good reaction time to capture the butterfly like this before it flew on. Nice colorful image and a conversation starter. Nice capture. |

I think I prefer the purple one. It is more soothing for me. I like the effects created in the image. I get a sun setting over smooth water feeling. Nice creative work. |
