51 Jul 17 Comment Very clever use of the app. It does make a non-standard image. The tilted frame adds energy, too. I do tend to agree that the family image could have been cropped quite a bit to make those faces more prominent. But then it would look like they were sitting on your hand. So maybe the hand would have to be at the side. I'd have to try it and see if it improves the overall image. Jul 9th
51 Jul 17 Comment I don't know if this could be done with an iPhone and slow shutter app, but a woman walking down the stairs in a white gown, blurred by her movement while the shutter was open would make a really ghostly image. I could do it with a DSLR, but I haven't tried anything like that with a mobile device. Another reason for a tripod mount! Nice scene. Jul 9th

51 Jul 17 Reply Oh, darn. I do have a version with a small vignette, and as you suggested it makes the image better. I actually sent this version by mistake, and I did it twice as Dave knows! Oh, well. I'll have to be more careful in the future. Thanks for your comments. Jul 3rd
