I agree Barbara's comment. For emphasize the storm intensity I would crop out some from down side area and add more clouded sky. Also more darkness on whole frame. 		Feb 22nd
7 Feb 21 Comment I like image more with motion blurred background. It's showing the speed of young girl in the wheelchair race.
I am not sure why some spectators and some advertising banners letter still clear, if you are using PS motion blur feature. I would made this motion stronger. 		Feb 20th

I am not sure the blue color shown in my monitor become purples. There is no red color in the sky at all.
Such landscape photo I would try to made it wider as panoramic. I would crop out the down side to have the rolling hill standout. 		Feb 20th

When I taking a snow photo, most important, I am considering to keep the snow white area not to over exposure and in pure white color.
Your exposure is correct, but I would raise brightness a little bit and try to show snow crystals. I like your diagonal compositions. I did two compositions and put it side by side to compare. For me I more like the one to remove up right corner stuff. This made it simple and have the major object-red rose to stand out. I like Barbara's comment. 		Feb 20th
