You captured a very good graphic pattern with half circle shape. You have good patient to wait for one person go through alone. Good idea to converted to B/W, because it shown white, grey, black 3 color in hue harmony.
Les say the subject looks little soft. I guess the reason is shutter speed setting too low, 1/40 second for walking person might not get completed freezing his action. Also you might cropped too much. |

Very nice shot with beautiful scene of background. I like the old captain's expression in contemplation. Couple things I would avoided. The meter panel and captain's hands have some lens distortion, they look too big in proportion. It may be you used 27mm wide angle lens and were too close to captain. I understand that you have limited space on air boat. Also I found the shade area of captain's white T-shirt with little purple color. I think you might eliminated in Camera Law HSL. |

I like the water reflection, it created a beautiful pattern.
The eye shown very sharp, that is important for bird shooting. Nice bird picture ! |

Rich, Very nice shot, you captured a good moment of Mother's Love. You have a good lens from Nikon. So you can get the picture very sharp and clear. One thing I am not understand what reason you used high ISO as 20000? That's why you have to set up the aperture at f/8, and get sharpness in whole frame. I would use bigger aperture to get blurred background with shorter depth of field. Of cause you can do that in post process. |

I like Portland, I call him a "Green city", from the airplane we can see the city covered a big % of area by green. It let me recall it likes Hawaii Kauai Island-the Garden isIe. |

Very nice shot ! I like the back light, it created a nice bright outline of the body and hair. The composition, sharpness and her expression are perfect. I agree Rich comment to lower the brightness of the orange spot. Also I would clone out the two of half round stuff under the girl's elbow or blur them more as other part of background, because they are attracted. |

Hi, Rich,
We also heard that was a fire, so we can not climbing up to the Benson Bridge, stay on low level only. Did you go to the Cannon Beach?
