7 Jul 25 Comment I like Tom's reversal! too! I am not sure I want to use flash as the window I shoot through would be a problem. Also I don't want to hurt the bird's eyesight. Jul 28th

7 Jul 25 Comment It looks like you tried hard to get rid of the spotty light and in so doing made an unrealistic image. Maybe if you added a bit more contrast back it would work. I don't remember sky that color when I was there. I would crop about half the sky above the tree. Maybe it was smoky from fires. Jul 14th
7 Jul 25 Comment I would have cropped from the left of most of the small tree; and added more on the right to move the dwelling out of the center and drawing me to the light. The photo needs more contrast even for a rainy day. I like the light added to the photo by Butch. Jul 14th
7 Jul 25 Comment Of the two images, I prefer the classic. What a visual fiest! You must have been on a ladder or through a window. The whole thing is so extrordinary! Interest, composition, sharpness, color, exposure! The varied image does not have the composition to compete with the classic. I do like Tom's flip more. I feel that you photographed unique view of the seen in both cases so you can call them your own. Jul 14th
7 Jul 25 Comment have not tried Milky Way photos. The ones I have seen don't seem as authentic as this one. I like the diagonal Milky Way sweep across the photo. The moon (I suspect) is a about to destroy your evening but adds so much with the lake and reflection at this position. Jul 14th
7 Jul 25 Comment It must have been a long time since those logs were cut judging by the groths on them. If the trucks still in use, It tells a great story of the hard working for low pay driver. It is well composed and well done. Jul 14th
