Wow! I feel cold in California but this really captures COLD! The white on the roof is too centered for me. The snow could have more texture and the barn could have less shadow. Either light room or Adobe Camera Raw in photoshop can help youth this. I like the cropping that Rich and Paul did. Lots of good suggestions above. |

My first thought was the car is on the wrong side of the road. Then I noticed the lovely arch. Your photo tells the whole story. I am not sure if cropping from the bottom or left side would improve it. I would darken or burn the clouds. They distract. |

Perfect subject! My only comment is the his forehead is a bit hot. I am sure you know how to tone it down. It is a striking image and well done in capturing the dress and hair of a former era. |

Striking image! I don't mind your hot spot. I would even bring up the shadows a bit more. You got a winner! The play of gold semicircles is wonderful!

Fantastic composition. Colors really attract attention. I would like it better if the photo were made to look less noonish. The comments on my photo maybe would help this one. Maybe something coming out of the bridge: a horse and carriage would be ideal; but even a dog or a bicycle and rider. |

Thanks for your Comments! It was a bright wam sunny day. I did darken it but need to consider cropping and cooling the lighting. |
