You did a great job of isolating the subject! This is a very powerful way to improve an already gorgeous image. The conversion to black and white, took it to a higher level. You are a artist!!! |

Interesting composition. The walls slanting inward make me think it is falling down. I think my only issue is the highlight shadow contrast. I would solve this by using adobe camera raw or Lightroom to lesson the contrast. Or you could possibly do it with a curves layer . |

Lovely image! I like the placement and the sharpness of the flower. Lighting and composition work well. Only small criticism is the background is a bit distracting. If the photo were mine, I would at least burn down the highlights. Another thing you could do is select the background, and make a new curves layer and bring dow the right edge to darken those highlights. Be careful not to darken the hairs on the stem.
