MOODY!! I like your lighting, composition and subject! My only suggestion would be to burn down the hot floats on the net. They become the subject and I would rather not have them distract me from the rest of the image. I am not bothered by the sky. |

Wow! I hope you sent her the photo! I wasn't sure if these are handicapped kids or any kid that chose to be in it. I was surprised that an aboriginal child would be so light skinned. Your handling of the moment is superb. The excitement, Intent look on her face, and the feeling of motion are superb! I like the color image. |

Because the photo is being shown in a dark background, a white border would separate the bottom of the photo from the background. The silhouette of the trees could be cropped slightly tighter. I love the orange light and the bird's sharpness. You should have had the camera on multiple so you could choose a photo where there aren'e any superimposed bird. If this is purely pictorial, you can use photoshop to eliminate some birds by carefully filling them with the background. I am really impressed with what you captured! |

Yes both kinds of redwoods are spectacular! It is often very dark in the shadows with burned out highlights. You captured this well. It is much easier in overcast lighting. You could still take down the highlights and brighten the trees to emphasize your story. You could crop some of the foreground and add more height to the top. |

My first thought was the rodeo chaos! What is the subject? 4th of July. Then I notice the bull has a man pinned. The rest disappears. So what are you trying to say? My thought was Tony's crop but with a bit more of the sign to the left and cropping out the man on the right,; thereby putting the subject in the dominant third. |

Sure looks good on a hot day! Well photographed! I thought it was ice at first. you may try crushed ice and get more detail. The strawberry itself looks a bit unreal but the stem is real. I think it is because it is wet. The composition and saturation are real eyecatchers! Well done! |
