Your photo has potential! Looking at your original and PhotoShop version, You could just superimpose the two images with the PhotoShop version on top. Then erase the bright boards on the photoshop version. Viola! The boards are darker. You could then also erase the flag pole and get woods! If you could clone in a person or carriage, It would give it more interest as well. Be sure to have the same lighting. |

Nicely done! I would have ruined it by brightening the dark ground. I love the way the waterfll and reflections pull me into the photo! Amazing range of contrast in the dark and light parts. I really like it! |

Certainly gives the appearance of desolation and decay. Nice composition. You may want to change it to black and white because you don't have much color. Or just keep the blue door for color. The green grass is especially distracting. |

So glad I do not have that job! Great use of black and white! You may want to consider making it a veretical by cropping from the right. |

I like the concept. It is very creative. I think the left hand pillar should be either in or out. The top right corner should match the rest of the top in darkness. So should the other lighter areas along the top. Perhaps just burning the edges would do it.But selecting those parts and doing content aware fill would be better. |
