I like you cabin, the snow and the trees. The time of day works as well. I think since the cabin is the subject it is too close to the bottom. The photo could just be cropped from the top or space added at the bottom. It's a winner. |

Big improvement! I would prefer the child being not quite so bright. Can you move her to the right so she compliments the pier instead of fights with it. Otherwise I would cropp off the right hand side of the photo before the last 2 vertical supports. |

You fooled me! Well done. I think you could have had a bit more definition in the sun in ACR or Lightroom by pulling the sun to the left in the whites. It should give some detail there perhaps. |

Nice detail everywhere except the sun. Just a bit would make the image outstanding. I don't know how to fix it. Sometimes it works to pull down the whites in ACR or Lightroom. While you are at it you could lighten the shadows so they are not so black. I love the play of gold in the creek. It sure feels cold! |

Looks like a sepia tone. Very effective choice for an impossible lighting situation. well done. I normally do not like solid black silhouettes but this works for me! Good job! |
