Fine Photo Journalism shot! I would burn down the areas ajacent to your subject, making the garish stuff less attention grabbing. You could remove the partial person as Tony did, or burn her down more, or rubber stamp out her arm. |

What you see first is the soft beautiful light and the light colorful saris moving towards the Taj. Removing the towers changes the story. I would see if you would prefer a perspective crop to straighten them. You would need to do some stamping, filling and removal of the part person on the right. It is certainly a gorgeous image! |

I think your composition is too centered. I am bothered by the line going off the photo at the bottom of the black lines. I think a better composition would be to move the fire escape to the left and include the end bottom line on the right. I see you have a downspout in the way so cloning may be needed. |

To me the image looks flat. Too much HDR look whether HDR or not. (I get this look when I over-process a photo.) I think more midtone contrast with curves might help. Maybe all it need is to spread the histogram with levels or curves to get white whites and black blacks.
