7 Nov 17 Reply Buz Sim is one of the presents of the Topaz Labs "Simplify" filter. It is currently on-sale for $29.97, or you can get a free 30 day trial. I selected the trail using a mask, and applied the filter at 70% opacity. On another layer I applied the filter, and reduced the opacity on it to about 30% Nov 25th
7 Nov 17 Comment What a great Fall image with the foliage and the trail, and the hiker on the trail. Fall foliage is beautiful, but it needs more than just the trees, and you have that in this image. To me, the trail is too rutted and is a distraction. I used Topaz Simplify, Buz Sim on the trail (and right side) at about 70%. Another layer used Buz Sim about 30% on the rest of the image. 7 Nov 17 Comment What a nice image of the girl and her dog. The lighting is very good. I usually like to see the eyes, but in the case, I think that the girl looking at the dog is the best choice. I would also crop off the clutter on the right. Nov 17th

7 Nov 17 Comment What a beautiful sunset! Great job of capturing it, and then combining images. The trees add a lot to the image. On my monitor, the yellow at the center looks to bright. I used Hues and Saturation to reduce the yellow. Nov 17th
7 Nov 17 Comment Great image, with the hummingbird's eye super sharp, but wings slightly blurred, showing movement and life. Excellent job of combining the two images. To me, the flower is too light, and its brightness draws from the bird. Nov 17th

44 Nov 17 Comment The lighting looks good to me -- it is an indoor shot with window lights -- very natural looking. The processing looks excellent, I need to try Aurora. No suggestions on the bar as it will be near impossible to make it look right. Nov 17th
