There were a lot of people touring the ship, and by the time I was in position to take the shot, she was coming down. |

This image has a lot of impact, or wow factor. The colors are great and against the white and black tree is very effective. You might crop off some on the right for better composition. The vignette is effective. Your light painting really made this image. Your efforts were well rewarded with this excellent image. |

Welcome to the group. The colors and lighting are really great. The soft colors of the flowers and the bright white of the castle are very good. I like your crop also. Original 2 is also good, but I like your main image better, with the flowers framing the building. It would have been better if the near flowers had been in better focus, but you did stop down to help with this. |

Excellent job of capturing the moment. The warm colors look great. But, I think that you have too many elements in the image, with the woman, the tree, and the blue door. I used the color picker in hues and saturation to reduce the saturation and lightness of the blue door, to tone it down -- what do you think? |

Tony, good job of capturing the wave -- I would not have thought of using a slower shutter speed to capture a wave. But then, in Oklahoma we do not get chances to capture waves! I like your conversion to B&W and your cropping in and turning the people. The image seems a bit flat to me -- I would increase the contrast some as I did with curves. |

Nice sharp image of the bird. The white lines on the right really draw my eye to them and away from the bird. Clone out those lines and you will have a much stronger image. |

Nice really sharp image with a good blurred background. The clone stamp work on the background looks good, and I would not have even looked at it if you had not asked about it. I would crop in a bit more from the top and right to make the bird larger in the frame -- just leave the bird some head room. The lighting is very good on the bird, and you caught his eye looking at you. |

A nice colorful image that showed the natural beauty of he area. You captured it very well. I like the transition from dark at the bottom to the bright sky. I would flip the image. The mountain ridges are strong lead in lines, and my eye has a main center of interest with the large patch of yellow that would be at the upper right. |

What a beautiful location, and taking it through the windows adds a lot of depth and interest to the image. You did an excellent job of balancing the indoor and outdoors. The wood pole at the right keeps us in the image. I would clone out, or crop off the roof area at the top left, as it is a distraction to the otherwise great image. |

A busy image, but the very sharp tools and frames at the bottom and right are so strong that the busy part of the room is not a distraction. The lighting and your HDR technique are excellent. Nitpicking, but I would clone out the light in the upper left corner. |

You found and captured very well another interesting location. Your cropping is good, and I am really impressed with how well you got rid of the light -- which was a good move. The contrasting colors add impact, and good composition with the 2 black window areas toward the center, to have a center of interest. |

Very nice dramatic image with the red mountains and good sky at the top. Very natural looking, as if we were there. Very sharp from close to far. Too bad that the cactus was not blooming, but you can't have everything. I agree with Max that my eye is drawn to the vapor trail line, and should be removed. |
