Hi Helen,
It is some type of daisy, and btw it is a common house fly. (grin) |

I really like this image, Helen. Good color and great sharpness and detail. It's fun to see what you can do with everyday items. |

Great image Bob, Nice and sharp with very good color and detail. The only thing I might recommend is to brighten the flower just a little bit. |

Hi Peter, I like the depth and repeating patterns in your image. Just for fun, I went into Photoshop and used the Skew tool to straighten the buildings, then I brought down the highlights and opened up the shadows. Since the image is largely monochromatic, I took it into Silver EFX Pro and converted to monochrome. Your thoughts? |

Hi Lee Ann, welcome to group 37. I like your choices both of subject and converting to black and white. I think you could crop in from the right and top a bit to get rid of some of the extra vegetation. Just for fun, you might want to push the blacks and the sharpness a bit more to really make it look grungy. I also like Ham's adjustments. |

Wonderful image. I really like the colors throughout from the clouds to the reflections below. I agree with the others that cutting off the water just below the reflections would make this an even stronger image. |

I like the concept and the reflections in the top of the image. I'm a bit confused with the pilings at the bottom and how they relate to the top. I like Bob's idea of cutting the bottom just below the top of the pilings. |
