37 Mar 19 Comment What were your settings in the camera? were you panning or waiting for the bird to come into the frame?
Higher frame per second cameras do make action photography easier to stop motion, but i have had reasonable luck with my D800 if the shutter speed is enough to stop action or the panning technique is close to the speed of the bird.
I agree that the 2nd bird is a distraction.		 Mar 21st
