I agree with you both and I have used it as a pano without the flowers. They are meant to display the great height at Steptoe Butte where shots are taken, but they don't convey that message well. |

Point of building was proportionality and habitation (in my opinion). |

Interesting result with all the post-processing work. Amazing what we can do with it these days. I think the basic scene would be very engaging also. |

It would be superfluous to attempt to comment on this image beyond giving a standing ovation. It is elegant and could have been improved only in a small enhancement of light on the hanging tail. Captivating. |

I like the image and result so much that I keep coming back to it. Once again it is a celebration of color that we have come to anticipate from you. Personally, as interesting as it is with the reflection as sharp and tonally consistent as it is (which is so difficult with reflections, I have to say that I would like it just as much without the reflection. Bt it is a happy, happy image. |

The result is gorgeous, Sheldon, and I must say that as an old southwesterner I have never seen so many blooms on such a small stalk. Technique and result are about flawless, and kudos for your work here. Nice description reminding of how to improve DOF. Great job. |

There is interest here for me mostly in what can be done rather than, perhaps, what was done. I have to say that one man's response to this is to feel that it is evolution interrupted. Good to be aware of what is possible though. Thanks. |

Really pleasing monochrome that emphasizes the antiquity of the subject. Sharp and well composed. The steaming at the front suggests that the engine is backing up, which adds a novel feel to the scene. |
