For all the fence-haters, I agree with the artistic impact, but this is a documentary shot and many cemeteries have fences. |

Pleasant couple with lots of historical reference. Capture is really good and pose pleasing though it would be interesting to see them interacting in some relevant way. As a portrait it really shines. |

Agree with Joe. Yet, there is a "feel" to it that cannot be denied. Great opportunity. Thanks for sharing it. |

Can't honestly see why photos would not be permitted, but you did well to get and share what you did. I would merely have enhanced the saturation slightly to appreciate the art work somewhat more, and wonder about dropping out any detail in the humans; but that is just one artist's reaction. |

Gorgeous capture of a notoriously difficult subject, as I recall from my days in the frozen north. Has a remarkable message of how incredibly creative Mom Nature can be. Excellent eye and opportunity. |

I do enjoy the scene and the mood. I am distracted by the "bookend" arrangement of the two elements which asks one to decide which to look at, but I appreciate Joe's comment regarding them. The smaller ones being on the right sort Nice choice of monochrome. The smaller one's being on the right rather suggests it is a disappearing suggestion. |
