A big "yes" to all who felt or stated that a proportioning by inclusion of an object of known height would have been advisable. At the time I thought the foreground would do it, but you are absolutely right. |

The purpose of art is to cause the viewer to participate and to think -- and feel. I neither love of hate it, but surely made my insides respond. |

Excellent ornithology again. Great isolation and detail. Appealing pose and head position of the bird.
As for feather detail, may be that it is just fine as is as that is how the bird in life meets the eye. As for processing for father detail, if just for fun, try reducing the contrast and tone a touch only in the low register. Glad the upper corner intruder went away. |

Another display of the extraordinarily lavish color and drama of your country. It must elevate the soul beyond the many challenges all face perpetually. Lovely and incredibly stimulating. |

Great human interest and activity image. The busy-ness is a testimonial to what they have endured, and the hand contact to the sportsmanship and shared exertion. Lots of included feelings and suggested experience here. Draws the viewer right into it. |

I am really intrigued by what you have done. Honestly, I find it a post-processor's tour de force, but the message it is to convey other than the methodology escapes me. To the viewer, it congers up thoughts of how to use the idea for new and stimulating feelings. |

Great action. Nice blur of the background which is sports photography can detract from the action subject. Great capture and isolation of a poignant moment. |

Fun. Intriguing. Colorful. Makes one think about what can be done with the medium. |

Thanks to both for comments. It is an older image brought forth from a slide, so some detail is left behind. As for tonal range, I'm not that much of a manipulator, perhaps making me a bad citizen in the site, but I go more for the feeling than the intellectual == staying in my right mind, you might say. |

About the cropping. I felt it added a bit of drama to the height of the falls rather than having the falls melt into the frame. And what was eliminated was not so interesting as what was saved. But as always, art is what it is to each of us, not absolute. Thank you for your inquiry. |
