17 Aug 24 Comment I like this a lot. the rim lighting really works well for me. I like the moment you have captured with the hooves just off the ground and the dust kicking up. My only comment is that the light in the sky top left is a minor distraction. Aug 16th
17 Aug 24 Comment I would assume that this splendid bridge is what attracted you to the scene. The colourful sky is a bonus. I do feel though that the subject is a touch on the dark side and I totally agree with your lightened version. Aug 16th
17 Aug 24 Comment Not only do we get a pleasing shot of the fisherman casting his line but we get a cute dog concentrating on what is going on. The location is great and that bit of work to show up the line has worked well. Good composition. Aug 16th

17 Aug 24 Comment A building that cries out to be photographed. I like the angle of the composition it really shows the architecture to its best. Lighting conditions were probably not the best, but I do like the clouds. I would agree with a slight crop from the right to remove the traffic. Aug 16th

19 Aug 24 Comment I like the idea. The bridge is well positioned. The foreground would be too much with out the duck scurrying across the scene. I would agree with Harriet about the trees. Aug 16th

I would agree that some of the background is a bit distracting, but these are things that we do not have control over at the taking stage. A slight crop from the top could maybe help with the lights. I did that by scrolling down a bit as I looked at the picture on my screen. Aug 16th
