So not only do we have a great picture of the night sky, we have a well illuminated and photogenic foreground. I have always had a fascination for the night sky, but as yet I have not attempted to capture it on camera.Maybe I need to get out more after dark. |

I find it interesting in a way that carousels or merry go rounds rotate in a different direction on your side of the Pond to those on mine.Lots in the picture for the eye to wander over. Well spotted. |

I had never heard of the Adamski effect so I had to look it up first. You have used it well with this subject the heron really does stand out and is nice and sharp. I also am intrigued by the Red Dot Sight, I will have to check that out. Your framing is good giving the bird plenty of space to move into. |

I prefer your sort of capture to the type you have recorded. It shows the moment well and you have good reactions. |

What a wonderful close up of the Iguana. Lots of detail, nice and sharp in the important places. |

They are certainly patterns, and they make you look at it. But I think they are disruptive in a camouflage type of way, they are the same pattern but in different colour ways.I find it interesting to look at and I cannot think of any suggestions to make. |

A true photographers eye to see the picture in the puddle in the road. I like your use of selective focus on the reflection. I might like to see a version with the puddles and yellow at the top cropped off. Well done. |

I had to put on an extra layer to look at this picture. We try with shutter speeds to produce effective waterfall pictures, but frozen water such a this tops that effect. The lonesome pine is well positioned above the fall and hanging in there as you say. |

A very pleasing beach scene. I like the stack and its shadow with the subtle repetition with the lonely figure further to the right. The breaking waves fill the left top well. The early morning light gives good colour. I like the footprints picked out in the sand. |

I always like your portraits of the creatures in your menagerie. I like the idea for this one close up with the snow. That detail in its beak is superb. Was the decision to let the eyes blur I am not sure as they are so prominent as well as that beak. |
