17 Nov 23 Comment I just love the colours of these frogs. The picture is well framed and I actually think for this picture our black page makes the subject look even better, it gives it so much more space. The subject is sharp and well exposed. Nov 17th
17 Nov 23 Comment I like the panorama of the city skyline. You had a perfect sky for the scene. I think the slightly rippled water makes a good foreground. The two canoes add to the foreground but I feel that they are a touch too far away, not a lot you can do about that. Nov 17th
17 Nov 23 Comment Perfect time of day to take this picture. The low light has picked out the shapes and given a good feeling to the scene. The wind pump or generator is well positioned in the frame. It was well worth turning round. Nov 17th
17 Nov 23 Comment This is sharp in all the important places. I like that you have given us the butterfly and its environment.A good place to stop at the side of the road. Nov 17th
17 Nov 23 Comment An intriguing looking location. The pathway leads us neatly into and around the scene. I do feel that it has been constructed for illuminated viewing, and I would like to see that. Nov 17th

19 Nov 23 Comment An intriguing picture. One sees the sign that says entrance, but the table full of diners seems to block our way. Then we have the lady looking at you. Lots of reflections of people and other things for the eye to wander over and contemplate. Now I have just seen the arrow under the entrance sign. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Comment So simple yet so effective. This had to be in monochrome. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Comment I like the arrangement and also the way it blends into our black page. I think the strawberries may be a touch soft. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Comment Tatty boats always seem to be positioned just right for us photographers. I like the angle on this one with the building out in the water. Have you tried a punchy mono version. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Comment Interesting rocks with a nice touch of light creeping in. The misty background is good, and I like the inclusion of the person wearing red that adds scale and a bit of human interest. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Comment Yet another in your successful series of pictures. I like the way you have used monochrome for the pictures. The shadows help to make a more interesting background. The plant is nice and sharp. It has been a good location for your early morning series. Nov 17th
19 Nov 23 Reply Thanks for that. I had not noticed the tilt until you mentioned it. Nov 6th
