Thank you I quite like the square crop and increased contrast. |

Spectacular flowers at the best of times. Well captured and vivid colour. Nice and sharp and lots of detail. They stand out well with the white background. |

A picture of two halves. I like the sea and the light on the rocks. Then we have the sun with the burst of rays. They could make two separate images. But I like the fact we have the one with both elements. |

It just shows that as we learn more about digital processing it pays to revisit some of our pictures. You have bought out the detail in the blacks of the birds and the picture tells a story. |

I have to agree with what Joe says. A well seen and captured picture. |

A very nice autumnal scene, all the right elements with the spectacular colours. Lots of leaves on the ground but still plenty on the trees.Good light and a touch of blue in the sky. Everything you need. |

It is indeed Northern England, not quite as far north as Hadrians Wall. It is in Cumbria, just over the border from Yorkshire. |

I would go along with the suggestions about cropping the sky, its brightness competes with the water. Otherwise I would leave it as it is. |

An interesting architectural pattern. Well seen. That patch of light is perfect and we have enough detail in the shadow areas. The angular composition makes it more dramatic. |

I like this. Just the feet and the boots a great bit of humour. Monochrome is just the right way to go with this. Well seen. |

My first thought on seeing this was I wondered if my father may have passed by this mosque during his time in that area at the end of WW2. A spectacular building with a brilliant blue sky to contrast the colour. Might I suggest a slight crop from the bottom to reduce the darker area. |

A different still life. I like your crop and the detail in the stonework. A bit more on the right to move the berries off the edge would be my suggestion or clone them out. That horse looks very stern. |
