17 Aug 22 Comment I like bears. We do not get them on this little island so getting to see one in the wild involves a bit of a journey.

17 Aug 22 Comment I have to agree about trying to take pictures at Car Shows. Choosing to take this portrait was a good option. I like the pose and the background tells us the location. For me I yhink I might make a crop from the bottom to a more square format. Aug 14th
17 Aug 22 Comment Looking at the picture and the comments made by others I do not think there is anything new that I can add. I agree on the bangles and the crop to below the elbow.
I am not sure the angle of the head and eyes give the feeling of 'distraction', more one of looking away to aovid eye contact.		 Aug 14th

19 Aug 22 Comment An intriguing portrait, the subjects eyes hidden behind the mirror glasses, they at the same time help to set the scene. I like all the cartoon characters in the background just slightly out of focus but just enough for the viewer to recognise them. Aug 14th

19 Aug 22 Comment Birds are always appealing to me. I like the subtle differences between European and American birds that we use the same name for. Our Goldfinch is less yellow and has red patches on the head. Never the less this is a great pose on a very colourful perch. I like the background. The details are very sharp and well exposed. I also like the viewpoint. Aug 14th
19 Aug 22 Comment I like the angle from which you have taken this very picturesque and highly decorated chapel. The lighting conditions are perfect and a photogenic sky.Just enough detail comes through in the archway. Aug 14th
19 Aug 22 Comment I always have problems with flowers. Firstly I can never take a picture of them that I like and secondly I also find difficulty in making comments.
Anyway here goes. I like the focus on the foreground flower heads with the background a bit softer, maybe it could be even softer still. I like the composition. The texture and colours are pleasing. I like the neat border you have used around the picture.
