I like the fact that you have selected a small portion of the truck, enough to tell us what it is. then we have the licence plate that adds to the story. |

I like the story you are telling. The colour is probably due to the lighting and gives the club like atmosphere to the picture. I am also not bothered by the other musician as he is looking at the singer. The mono idea is a good one. I would leave it as it is. |

A dramatic scene. I like the colours and the way you have composed the picture. All those dead trees yet we have a few spots of green coming through. |

Are we waiting for someone or observing visitors to disturb the peace. That is the feeling this gives me. The distance does not bother me as I feel it helps with the disturbing my peace scenario. All the footprints in the sand suggest that this is not that remote. |

The moving water along with the lights creates a fascinating setting. I like the reflections and the colours. Then you have included an intriguing element to the scene with the blurred figure in the water feature. It definitely gets my interest. Maybe and its only a maybe a slight crop from the top to remove the red objects might be an improvement. |

Stan I have already started building up my own library of skies, mostly not so extreme as the supplied ones. We all get pictures that could do with a boost in the sky. |

Not sure on this one. I appreciate it was a bit of a grab it while its there picture. I would not alter anything anymore it is okay as it is.Although a crop of the hostas on the left would help. |

A lovely picture of the Bluebird, not one I am familiar with on this side of the pond. Whilst the bird is improved in your alterations for me the background is not. It is too light and too messy turning it into more of a fantasy picture. |

A very vivid and brave combination of the bright orange against the green. The lily is very sharp and detailed, and well positioned in the square format.I suspect your use of Topaz Glow has increased the saturation a little from reality. The position it was taken from against the background was well chosen. |

A great portrait of the young heron. Good lighting and a perfect sky for a backdrop. Fantastic birds, we have a rookery not far from us and we often see them flying around often pursued by a gang of crows. |
