Wow. Superb all the elements well placed well exposed and sharp. Even our black page suits this one. But like the others 2.5 sec.? Surely the wings would have blurred. |

Like Joe I saw this as the trails from a Van Der Graff generator or similar. It is well seen and taken showing good imagination. Very well done. |

An interesting take on the defences of London. The barbed wire is very dominant and 'keeps my eye from wandering'. However as I am slightly familiar with the flood defences I can see what you are trying to do. A well seen picture that is different. |

I could sit and look at this for ages. I have tried a few Belgian beers and I was looking for them on the shelves. I like the inclusion of the glasses as each beer brand has its own style of glass, from what I can remember, (after a few that is not much). Yes as Joe says it is a bit busy, but for me in a nice way. |

Nice lighting to show the texture in the stonework, and good autumnal colours in the background.I get the impression the building is not as old as it is trying to look. Maybe the blue of the sky is a touch strong. I agree with Dick about calendar use. |

Having studied the image and then seen your new version, well I go with the new one. The crop and mono conversion suit the subject. I like the idea of light painting, a technique I have never attempted. |

The monochrome conversion and the low viewpoint add to the drama of the scene. In this instance I would not crop the image and I like the way it merges with our black page. |

Attention grabbing colour, sharp where it should be. Some of the background could possibly be helped with selective darkening to reduce distraction. Well done. |

This is one of those that is in the right place at the right time. I like the contrast of the Eiffel Tower against the stormy looking sky, also the fact that the city seems so grey forming the base. Good composition with the position of the tower. It was certainly a 'Triomphe' choosing that viewpoint. |

Well seen. I like the contrast of the colourful cone against the building. I can understand that you were looking at the 'art' against the background, and looking at the comments about cropping I wonder if a quite drastic crop from the base to the floor above the sign might work. That is how I first saw the image on my screen prior to scrolling down. |
