Thanks for your kind comments Ian, many cultural traditions are being dropped by the wayside and that's so sad. |

Thanks Bill, from a competition point of view I agree on deleting the coffee thermos, thus creating a vertical. Thanks for your additional PP, let's discuss this on the phone. |

Thanks for asking Ian, the storm window coverings were set in place plus sandbags in appropriate areas. I shared with Betty Sue that it is in God's hands now. After Ian made landfall near Ft Myers, it turned Northeast. We were scheduled for a direct hit. We feel blessed. |

Ian, you are a photo magnet that that introduce Pease and Tranquility into your work and it's a pleasure to view. Too many folks don't take or make the time to visit the world of Nature that could slow down their harried lives. the image is sharp and offers a strong leading line and producing a well-balanced image. Your entry remines me of the Lake Erie Canal, located in and around Buffalo, NY. Also was a main source of travel and moving goods from point A to B. |

A plethora of light and dark areas and various line structures produce Impact and tension that will attract viewer interest. The image is sharp and produces soft, pleasing color and as Isaac stated, the touch of green denotes life. Your Mono rendition works as well Gary. |

Bill, your efforts produced a classic cityscape that should be used in advertising to bolster Detroit's up to date image. The HDR effect and perfect composition created Impact that raises viewer interest. The closeness of the structures added tension to your labor of love, thanks for sharing. |

Isaac and I were fortunate to be there before all the cars showed up. We were able to make some interesting images of some of the store fronts. Isaac, it appears that one guest spent time earning a Suntan and the friend stayed in their room permoting a ghostly figure. |
