4 Sep 22 Reply Thanks for your in-depth critique Ian, I always enjoy input from other photogs that understand "The Art of the Critique" and you are one of them. Hope all is well with you and yours my friend. Sep 28th
4 Sep 22 Comment Thanks Bill, I have shots of the brass and macro images of parts of some of the other vehicles as well. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply Thank you my friend. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply Thanks for your kind words, Guy. Condolances for the passing of the Queen. She was a strong ruler with a grand sense of humor that loved her kingdom and her people. She was one of a kind. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply I agree Vella, I wanted to keep the horizontal lines level. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply Thanks Bev. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply Thanks, might be an interesting tour. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Reply Congrats on your cute Grandson. You captured an interesting facial expression offering a soft background and good color. I agree that the blanket is a distraction. I used the Quick Selection Tool to create marching ants around the blanket then Image-adjustments-Brightness/Contrast, moved the slider to the left to the end. Still not dark enough for me. Used Burn Tool at about 50% to darken the white. Sep 12th
4 Sep 22 Comment Good eye Ian, you delight the viewer with how Nature evolves with new life. Pleasing sharp, soft light and an important stroke that contains your image on the canvas. I agree with Isaac, the new growth is right where it should be. Sep 11th
4 Sep 22 Comment You observed the Rule of Thirds, good color, however I would consider tweaking up the saturation. Guy's suggestion of bluer sky would strengthen the image. Why did you select f3.2 @ 1/2000 od a second. Why not f8 or f11 for better depth of field? Sep 11th
4 Sep 22 Comment Good eye Guy, an interesting composition that offered quirky story. As for HDR, my Canon is set for +2,0,2, 400 ISO @ f8 and I am able to make sharp HDR's 8 out of 10 handheld attempts. I agree with the others, the original image piques my interest as well. Condolances on the passing of a great Lady of her time. Due to my father's position, as Gen. Eisenhower's Public Information Officer we had the opportunity to meet The Queen Mother and her two daughters in Nov, 1945.

4 Sep 22 Comment Another superb landscape from the Master. Beautiful color. Perfect Technicals and balance. Strong leading line and the wispy clouds set the tone of a relaxing image. Sep 11th
4 Sep 22 Comment Good photo position Isaac, having our flag included was a nice touch. As usual, sharp image, good color and tells a story. I agree with Bill on the polarizer. Sep 11th
4 Sep 22 Comment Your idea has value however, had the whole fender been included there was something on the wall that couldn't be removed with Content Aware and would be a distraction to the viewers. Sep 3rd
