A well balanced image Ian, all subjects appear sharp, colors are realistic and your subjects are properly placed on the canvas. If you had wanted to lighten the shadow a bit to bring out more structure you could have run shadows a second time. |

Welcome and New Year greetings David, This image brings back many happy memories of the Farm that i owned for 18 yrs. where friends and I hunted, fished and relaxed. This shot depicts my logging trail just over the top of my former mountain. Color is perfect, for that time of year, the road is a strong leading line and the remaining leaves add substance to your offering. |

3 good leading lines, the grassy spit, and both shorelines allow the viewer's eyes to take in everything on your canvas. The warm colors denote serenity and the people provide scale. |

Your image is well balanced and sharp as much as the weather permitted. Tells a Winter story of cold and blustery conditions and also displays a hint of green. Well done Bill. |

Your mail subject is perfectly placed on the canvas and the backlighting helps definitise the valley beyond. I would prefer that the branches not intrude on the tower however it is what it is. The 3 bells provide good balance to the subject. |

Your creativity seems to get better as you age Joe. The grumpy man was easy for me to spot, your subject is sharp. My eye seems to keep focusing on the two outside colors of green and red. Perhaps Bill offered a good suggestion. My perspective would be to make a crop to both sides then tone down the colors on both sides of the glass. |
