An interesting study Ian however the background is a little busy. Bills use of the Spot healing brush cleaned the image up so the viewers can now pay attention to the subject. |

I would like to see this image in color as well. Am in agreement with Joe in that it is very busy and in my opinion doesn't offer a good center of interest. Guy selected a nice crop. |

A well composed structural image Guy, as the others noted, a good photographic decision on your part. The image appears to be tack sharp, good leading line and well balanced. |

That is a warn out Chief Pontiac Bill but your photographic angle and post processing expertise brought that old car back to life. I agree with Joe, The light on the hood ornament and the textures really make this image pop.
P.S. I have never seen a fish hook on the hood of an old Pontiac.

Your placement of the two subjects are placed well on your canvas and the background colors are pleasing and your blur caps off an interesting shot. I only question the red ghosting around the riders. It appears to be over sharpening however you were creating a bluer while panning. Looking forward to your reply. |

The strong colors and reflections promote strong impact. The various textures create viewer interest and the image is well balanced. Your artistic eye has the propensity to create unusual "bits and pieces" |

Hi guys, I must have sent the wrong image, I have one with a sharp head. Thanks for your kind remarks.
I am fortunate to have good woods eyes as I am military trained and have been an upland and big game hunter for almost 60 yrs,And have trained my eyes to look for bits and pieces of animal and bird body parts. In answer to your question Joe the Viper was close to 3 Ft. Needless to say the snake is a fine adult specimen. |
