I first saw this image as a little box on your email, where my first glimpse was the center of the web - the rest was hidden, and I thought it was a picture of some kind of spider web. Then of course I saw the whole thing, and really liked it. But it was hard to get over the first impression. I've never been to one of these conferences and hardly heard of them, so it was educational for me. And,BTW, great image. |

I'm really impressed by your ability to focus sharply on his face and eyes in the midst of all that clutter. And the way his fur blend with the background is very well shown. |

I enjoy the image of the dominoes, I love the lighting, and I looked up the Invisible Background technique and it seems very interesting. It certainly worked well for you. With regard to Guy's comment about subconscious composition: when I took a Freeman Patterson workshop he said that after a while composition becomes like staying upright while riding a bike, you just do it automatically. |

Looks kind of like the work of my friend M. C. Even with your advice I can't quite figure out how it's constructed, and that makes it a lot of fun. |

I think that this is really spectacular, and have no suggestions at all. A question for my education: was this handheld or on a tripod? |

I really enjoy the rotting pier. And I think that the sky goes well with it. I agree with Guy that we don't need all of the top of the sky. And I am somewhat distracted by the tiny white building within the pier. |
