Thanks for your comments, Andres! Removing all the people behind the waterfalls is quite a challenging task. To me, I think that their presence could indicate that there is a passsage behind the waterfalls. |

Hi Joan,
It's a candid photo that captures a genuine emotion! The angle and perspectives of your image tell a story very well. The face of the outside cat and the body of the jumping one are a bit soft. I especially like the facial expresssion of the outside cat. It's a fun shot! |

Hi Mary Ann,
You were able to capture a good shot of the hummingbird in flight, and to freeze its wing motion. The bird and the flower are sharp with all the details.
I'd prefer to remove the flower on the left since it touches the wings of the bird, and to blur the background on the lower left corner a bit more to make the main subject stand out more. Nice shot! |

Hi Andres,
The winding road of the canal ending with a few trees in the distance makes a nice scene. Your selection of the hotel carpet and a rock surface to convert your photo into a painting is truly amazing! They work beautifully and your final result has a rich textured oil painting style.
In my personal opinion, I'd prefer to see the trees on the left have more colors (such as fall colors) to make the image more beautiful since they are a bit abundant. Thanks for sharing your process and your image! |

Hi Robert,
You have captured a sharp image of the eagle. Your post processing brought out more details of its feathers.
I agree with others' suggestions to blur the cage a bit more and to include the full tail of the eagle. Nice shot! |

Hi Ruth,
Autumn is my favorite season when trees change their leaves into vibrant colors. In this image, the sunrays highlight the golden colors of the high trees and the lower shrubs in the foreground. The pine trees on the left add a complementary element to the scene. Your post processing to bring back the blue sky is well done.
To me, the golden trees seem to tilt to the right, probably they are on an uneven ground. It's not an issue, so the decision is yours to make to correct it or not. Thanks for sharing your nice shot! |

Hi Jack,
Very nice shot of the grape harvest! The composition is well done with the 2 converging lines that create the illusion of depth and lead the viewer's eyes to the further distance. The hills and the blue sky make the scene more beautiful. The 2 persons in the foreground are very attentive to their works. What I like the most is that you were able to capture one worker's movement while he tried to empty his bucket of grapes into a large container. I don't have any suggestion for improvement. Great shot!
Does your farm allow visitors at the grape harvest time? |

Hi Wayne,
It's an intriguing image! It has a mysterious, strange, and complex quality that holds my attention, makes me want to look closer and think about it.
I'd prefer to see the pelican a bit clearer and sharper since it lacks of details and its flying position with the left wing folded and the right wing open make the subject hard to recognize. Thanks for sharing your shot! |

Hi Ruth,
Nice shot! The lighting is beautiful, and the composition works really well. All the elements present a great scene for the landscape photo: the flowers (?) in the foreground, the horses, the long fence, the white farm, the hills, and the beautiful cloudy sky. My eyes traverse through the photo, moving from one point of interest to the next. No changes are needed, especially flipping could negatively impact your photo. Great photo! |

Hi Steven,
Your composition makes the image interesting! The 3 layers of the pool border, the infinity of the pool water line, and the ocean below are well designed in this shot. I like the formation of distinct masses of clouds that moves up in a diagonal lines and guides the viewers' eyes to the entire scene. The reflection of the clouds in the pool is beneficial to break free from a calm water line. Very nice travel shot! |

Thanks, Steven, for your comments! I have the same question to you as to Jack:
Without my description, what do you think that object could be? |

Hi Jack,
Thanks for your comments!
Without my description, what do you think that object could be? There is a plaque on the floor for the description and I tried to use Google translation for the 4 Chinese characters but not successful! My description is based on my research only! |
