Hi Ruth,
I crop tighter on the top to show only the S-curve of the fort in my response to Michael's comments. Let me know if it works. Thanks! |

Thanks for your comments, Michael! In this image, I'd want to present the whole scenic view of Amber Fort. To me, the elephants with red drapes make the scene more beautiful. Too bad that it was foggy due to air pollution that the further distance of Amber Fort could not be clearer.
Per everyone's comments above, I try to crop tighter on the top to focus more on the S-curve of the fort. Let me know if ít works. |

Thanks, Joan, for your comments! I agree with your comments. I wish I had a tripod to shoot the scene by HDR to make the scene in the distance sharper. |

Thanks for your comments, Andres! There are 2 lanes for the elephants ride. One on the left are going up to the gate, and one on the right are coming down to the platform. |

Thanks, Ruth, for your comments! I agree that the tight crop would help, but I purposely wanted to show the scenic view of Amber Fort in this shot. |

Thanks for your comments,Mary Ann! Yes, there is a haze in that area. I also focused on the elephants for this shot and I thought that less sharp in the further distance is acceptable. |

Hi Mary Ann,
At first, I thought that it's the scene of cherry blossom trees across the Tidal Basin in Washington DC! The birds in the river and a huge flock of birds in flight give a positive impression and make the scene peaceful!
I'd prefer to have a bit of space on the top and both sides of the image, if possible, since some birds are cut off, or to remove birds that flew alone. Nice scene! |

Hi Ruth,
You have captured a beautiful scene of the beach at dusk. The near sunset light, the leading line in S-curve with palm trees in the distance, and the single surfer walking along the beach between the water and the rocks are very well composed.
To me, the conversion to B&W has reduced the beauty of the scene. The dark tones of the elevated area with rocks on the right corner makes me feel heavy.
Although monochrome is typically asssociated with black and white, have you considered to try with other monochromatic color scheme based on a single color or hue, such as gold and white, or blue and white,…to create a timeless and elegant look? Let's see what other people's perspectives. |

Hi Robert,
I second with Andres that it's a great shot of the interaction of the bird in the air and the one with open beak at the birdbath. Your post processing is also well done. Very nice image! |

Hi Michael,
You have captured a great sense of humour in this image! All the 3 elements work well together to tell a funny story: The boy with a stuffed dog in his arms, the sign of "Dog ban", then a dog sitting right below the sign. The boy also seems to laugh hysterically which is a big plus to the scene!
For street photography, I'd recommend to adjust the uneven lighting on the boy's left face and the dog's fur a bit, if possible. Thanks for sharing your street photography. Now I learn more that dogs could be banned in some Austrian parks. |

Hi Joan,
The Orton effect makes the image more interesting with the texture and colors.
For the composition, I'd prefer to see the headlight and the fender (the area above the car's tire) in full since they appear as truncated or something missing. |

Hi Andres,
Nice shot of the taillight of 59 Cadillac! The image is sharp, the pink color is pleasing, and the shadow gives a 3D view.
Since the shining metal parts look like the rockets, and they are pointing downwards, I'd suggest to rotate and flip it to the right to make it more dynamic. |

Hi Susan,
Nice shot with good composition choice that shows the interesting clouds in winter! At first, I thought that the dark areas below the clouds are the mountains but they are houses. I'd prefer to lighten up those areas more. |

Thanks for your edits, Steven!
I like your first version to change the bright spot to pink more than the second version which creates a large empty space in red, and it would conflict in design with a bunch of heart shapes around. |

Hi Wayne,
Nice PJ shot! I can see the excitement in those 3 persons' reactions. I am not sure if the kid on his dad's shoulders can understand the game or not but it's so cute to see his totally engagement by his waving arm. The boy on the left with the ball in his hand tells the story. I'd prefer to see a bit more of his shoulders. |

Thanks, Jerry, for visiting our group and for your suggestion to use the brush in Snapseed to darken the bright area. I did use Snapseed to sharpen and enhance the colors of the image, but I forgot to use the brush to darken the bright spot. My bad! |

Hi Jack,
I agree with Steven that the sticks appear too small in the vast scene of the moat, making it difficult for the viewers to identify the details and the objectives of your image.
When you mentioned Angkor Wat, I am also expecting to see the temple on the other side of the moat. |

Hi Steven,
The combination of 3 images into the final one created halos around objects, multiple exposures and a ghost effect to people on the scene which are a bit distracting.
I think that the Original #3 image captured well the audience with lit up phones. I'd suggest to use the #3, and to crop tighter the left side and the 1st bottom row of the frame to get the bright animation since the music band was facing the audience on the right side and there were more activities from those people there. |

Hi Ruth,
Very creative and fun image! The fruits are fresh, and the colors work well together. I especially like the red bow tie! Well done! |
