Very impactful image! You are so brave to be able to capture this scene with your SLR camera from the deck of your house. This could be used for National Geographic or Associated Press image.
I am glad to know that your house was saved. |

Thanks for your suggestion to convert to B&W. I will try. |

Thanks for your clarification. The light pollution makes the scene more intriguing, like the milky way at sunrise! (Will it ever exist anyway?)

Your post processing is well done to make the image more interesting by making the foreground visible.
I am curious to know whether the golden light behind the trees on the left was the sunrise? |

Isaac has made nice edits by lighten the rider's face and crop to avoid putting her at center of the image. I'd prefer to leave a bit more space on the left because there are houses and the large building on top. |

You have keen eyes to capture this image. It brings me smile to look at it, especially the sign "Pay to Park". Your crop works well for the composition. I'd prefer to see the outdoor lantern on the left side lit up, but I know that it's out of your control. Well done! |

The galloping horse on the beach is a very interesting image to me, especially with the cold and foggy scene. You were also able to capture the horse with its foot off the ground.
I'd prefer to lighten the rider's face a bit more, and crop a bit tighter on the left (just close to the large building on the top and before the 3 birds) |

Beautiful scene! For this image, you have brought out the beautiful flowers in the foreground in post processing. However, I like the drama of the sky and the hills of the original image more.
I'd prefer to blend the drama of the sky & hills in the background to the beautiful flowers in the foreground.

Nice capture! The bird is sharp, and the background is clean. I especially like the rain, that is clearly seen in the image. The crop to eliminate the lower branch works well.
I'd prefer to crop it into square format to avoid the empty space from the left side.

Thanks, Marilyn. I wish that the competition judges will be as generous as you were. They won't accept the water line that is not straight |

The color blends it well in this image. I feel that the metal fence is a bit distracting. I'd prefer to see a tree in the foreground to hold my attention. |

Thanks everyone for your comments. Yes, I tried to make sure that the pier fence is straight but I totally forgot about the water line! |

The way you transform the scene into B&W then bring back the color of the truck is the best choice! It makes the truck stands out from the background, especially with the water reflection. I also like the slight diagonal angle you captured this image. |

I think that flipping the image horizontally is the best choice since we have the tendency to look from left to right. The autumn tone also makes the image more beautiful. I'd prefer to darken the top of the rock more since it's a bit too bright there. |

I like the patterns that Fractals has created. It's interesting, and I cannot imagine how it comes up to that final image. I guess that you had fun in creating it.
I agree with Stephen that sharpen a bit more would be best. |

The final image is well done and beautiful! The vignette makes the leaves with different shapes stand out. I'd prefer to remove the wooden fence on the left side. |
